Will be soon, the new American 'season' starts pretty much now so we get their last season imported over here when it's over and done with.

Should be any week now, given that new seasons of 24 and Nip/Tuck are starting in the next two weeks. Also, America are up to episode 14, so it shouldn't be long. However, on DigitalSpy, they're reporting that Sky has no plans to show Season 4, as Season 3 hasn't had its terrestrial premier.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help, but I can vouch that Season 4 is pretty damn solid.
