I listen to hours upon hours each week, preferring it to tv if I’m honest, buying 2-3 CDs a week.
But a comment in the FOG got me thinking – What would be your theme tune?
A song from anywhere that you feel best sums up your life?
And, following on, what would be the music you would choose for moments of your life if they were on film.
I’ll list mine to give you an example of what I mean.
Theme Tune: Right Place, Wrong Time – Dr John
My friend dying: Street Spirit (fade out) – Radiohead
Meeting my girlfriend and realising she is my one: Soul To Squeeze – Red Hot Chillis
For when I’m happy: The Yeti – Clutch
For when I’m sad: Symphony No 3 - Gorecki
For when I’m angry: Mouth for War – Pantera
For when I’m feeling alone: Fake Plastic Tree – Radiohead
For when I’m out with my mates: Once in a Lifetime – Talking Heads
Karma Hotel by the Spooks. My life looks like heaven but could be hell.
I like the selection of songs. I am not to sure on mine but Radiohead and Manics qould be in it somewhere.
I say you propose to your bird :D
POWER OF THE SHEEP
A bit of a mish-mash there I know :)
