Ok, so Special Reserve offer free unlimited webspace which is very very cool but what are the restrictions on bandwidth useage? Or is that unlimited too?

They will have an AUP (Acceptable Usage Policy). It will basically say your account is restricted to an acceptable amount of bandwidth and webspace - e.g. you can't store hundreds of Gigabytes of data on their servers and have Terrabytes of bandwidth per month...

Yes you can, they've got a site with a few gig on their servers. However if the sites put massive loads on the servers then you're boned.
