Is there anyway i can back up my site using freeola besides from the obvious downloading all the stuff off my site as this would take years and i need to do it as a lot of my files have been lost from my computer over the years!

Whatever method you choose it will still rely on 'downloading' the files to your PC - it's a bit tricky to move them from the internet to your PC otherwise! ;¬)
To make the process easier you could use a website downloader - HTTrack is a free one I use [URL]http://www.httrack.com/[/URL]

There are lots of 'laws', but even this government haven't tried to bring that one in yet !!
