If you do, then you may have the Windows Firewall installed. I believe (someone may wish to confirm this) that it is turned on by default if you do not have another firewall installed.
To see if it is turned on, go to Start > Control Panel. Double-click on Security Centre. It will say Firewll and then either On or Off. If it's off, you can click the button called "Windows Firewall" under where it says "Manage security settings for:", and then select "On (recommended)", and press OK.
