Having decided to take our (former) sponsor, Arsenal have decided to play in an "old-style" kit next season....

Where have we heard of this idea.

They say wearing claret next season is to signify the end of an era at highbury, reverting back to the colours they used to play in back in the day.

I think we announced our plans to go back to our '55 league winning shirts, to mark our centenary, a few months ago.....

So not only are Arsenal very original :) but I will look forward to them running out in a ridiculous colour of claret next season :D

8 year deal, £12 million a year.

hmmmm, okay, going down the road of barcelona with thier tradition blah blah.

buts its basically turning down at least 5 Million a year. Unless of course the kit maker pays more for not having the sponser take the limelight.

We're being sponsored by Samsung in the FA Cup. So we'll only have sponsors on our shirts in the FAmous Cup.

Kenyon made the huge Nike deal at united, so wouldnt be surprised if he does it again.

Nay, we're going down the adidas route I believe.

And Umbro will be our kit sponsor next year anyway....

nah umbro are making our kit next year last one. It will blatantlybe nike.

Chelsea just pulled out of their kit deal with Umbro, no?

I'm guessing Umbro aren't 'cool' enough for the best team in the World.

I'm guessing we'll see ANOTHER Nike Total 90 kit next year.
