I’m having trouble with Ebuyer. Basically, I ordered a DDR Dimm and a wireless mouse & keyboard set which should have arrived last Friday. What came was a Memorex Xd picture card. I sent ebuyer an eNote (their shabby form of contact) as I couldn’t find a contact number. No response. Yesterday a City link courier turns up with a package. It’s the keyboard and mouse, nearly a week late and in a severely battered package (but it worked). Now, ebuyer send me two emails saying that Citylink tried to deliver a package but failed. Upon checking the Ref number they gave, It’s the one that I signed for and the citylink trace feature on their site confirms this.

So, does anyone have any great ideas. I done a search- ‘Ebuyer trouble’ and lots came up regarding them not responding to Enotes, engaged help lines and wrong deliverys. Where is Anne Robinson when you need her!

I suppose you could threaten to contact watchdog, if they are still unhelpful contact watchdog and let them hound Ebuyer on your behalf.
