Ok, as the title suggests, I want to rip some music from a vidoe file. Ive got a video cd of a gig my band did and, seen as we havent recorded our songs yet, I want to use the live recording for now.

So what will i need to convert it into audio. Also, how do i separate it into several tracks instead of one long track?

Thanks for any help.

Not a scooby to be honest, a quick search on http://www.videohelp.com will probably find the answer though.

Gah, had it been a straight MPEG on your computer i could have told you in a second but ive not really had much experience with VCD's. I would say you would have to rip the MPEG from the VCD onto your computer, and from there use goldwave to get the audio.
