I'm back for some more of your PC wisdom :) More to the point, I'm going to buy a new GFX card and I was wondering if you guys thought it was any good. I'm getting the Sapphire Radeon X700 PRO PCI-Express 256MB:

So is it any good? I'm asking since there are no reviews about it on E-Buyer and the X600XT seems to be much more popular. So should I stick with the X700?
X300 = 9200
X600 = 9600XT
X700 = 9800XT/Pro
There's a good comparison chart over at ATi. From what I've heard the X700 is one hell of a card for the price and well worth the pennies
Either way, Radeon have a two cards that are the same "distance" away...

The x700 has double the pipelines of the x600. Yes, necessarily.

We arnn't talking about AGP.
The 9700 actually performs worse than 9600XT in quite a few games, including Doom 3.

Right, well that settles it. Thanks :)
Don't take my word for it though - I'm sure someone will clarify.
