I just watched this. It was astonishingly good. Had a very interesting, intricate plot, considering it could be categorised as a revenge flick. When placed next to kill bill and thriller you realise what an achievement this film is. Its disturbing without a lot of violence too. I expected more violence as it is cat 3 in asia. Overall I enjoyed it quite alot. I'll definitely have to rewatch this soon as slight parts of the film threw me a little bit. Finer details which I probably missed.
Just wondering did the film actually show Dae su having sex with somebody? It didn't did it? I mean the mother of that girl he meets. It never explains it right?
Also, Dau su is schitzophrenic? As his alias is monster. Confused me a little :S
What about that scene when he tied the girl to the bed, then left her. Please explain this somebody.
Oh and who's hand was it in the box. Why?

Heh, I think so. Can anyone explain dae su's scitzophrenia? Which of his demeeners was monster and which was just regular dae su? Also how did he find his 'captor'? I am slowly understanding parts of this film. Making it ingeniously clever. Such as dae su's whole meeting with mido was set up. Cool. Well I did know that. Just smaller things. Was it also a set up how mido talked to 'evergreen' or was that just coincidence?
The films end pay off was a little weak though. Also why did dae su behave like a dog at the end? Because he realised that he had dont wrong. Even though the rumour that the girl was a filthy 'who**' was true? I thinks the scene where dae su talks to mido after he has discovered she's his daughter is amazing. That guy is one seriously good actor.
I do realise that I probably sound a bit stupid ;) I'm going to watch this movie again. Tomorrow maybe!
