Well those are the recommended requirements for the game. Couldn't actually find the minimum requirements on the SI site :/

Forget Championship Manager and buy FOOTBALL MANAGER 2005.
They did "this" because two companies worked on the CM series and they split up so one kept the CM name while the other made up the FM name :)
