i would like to know how or if there is a program that enables you to change mp3 bit rates

windows media player burning to disk closes the disk, is there anyway to stop it doing it, i put one song on a CD and it got closed, very anoying.

Don't really know what you're talking about, but the bit rate used when music is uploaded from CDs can be changed at the options.
