The spin off will be shown on Five from next month, which Five are paying £500,000 for each episode. Bit of a waste of money if you ask me, will pull in alot of viewers loyal to Friends...thats about 20million

Ah. I thought there was cameo's from Chandler and the others...doesn't seem like a good premise but it will draw in all the Friends fans' till it eventually flops.

It's crap. Been on RTE.
Ive seen a few episodes and its rubbish. The reason friends was so good was that there were 6 of them with different personalities so removing 5 good characters and just having Joey on his own isnt funny. The character has changed too. He was an idiot who necer paid any rent and got looked after by Chandler when he was in friends. That seems to have been reduced. All of a sudden he's smart enough to survive on his own. They are kind of leaning more towards the "Joey who picks up girls" side of the character. He still does and says some stupid things, but, without Chandlers dry sarcasm in response to his idiocy, he just isnt as funny. He need the others to bounce off.
I think this will flop. Plus if its on five its already looking doomed. five doesnt have the best track record for good tv in my opinion.

I've only seen the pilot and I really dont like it. Who would have though a spinoff with just Joey would be such a bad idea ¬_¬
