I have just found out that my girlfriend's little brother has just been stabbed by some kid. He's in hospital and stuff, the knife went right into his arm into the muscle.
The little brother is 10, the kid who stabbed him is about 8 or 9, I'm not too sure.
Apparently they were just playing and then the kid grabbed a carving knife, chased him and stabbed him in the arm.
The crazy little 'tard's mother called the police and ambulance but they wouldn't do anything to the kid because he's too young to be arrested (apparently).
Seriously, a 9-year-old kid commiting a stabbing, that's rather messed up isn't it?

It is messed up. For some reason the age of actually being able to be arrested is 10, which is why some people try to get their kids to nick stuff for them and so on.
