Eternal Darkness.

This is possibly the most graphically impressive title seen so far, I don't know, it all looks awesome, with a very gothic look.

Apparently the game will lead you through multiple characters, and hundreds of years.

What really impresses me is this 'sanity' meter. Just how this will be implemented I don't know, but I can imagine it will be special.

The way I see it, the 'sanity' meter will add something completely new to the game. Not only will you have to battle zombies and other such creatures, you'll also have to cope with trying to keep your mind in order. I can imagine certain events will cause it to drop further and further down, but you may get a chance to try to compose yourself, and bring a sense of 'reality' back to your character.

The fighting is said to be top-notch stuff, using swords and magic, and guns too. I suppose the guns will come in with the characters based in more recent times, as opposed to the guy that looks like a Roman Gladiator, that's been featured in many of the early images.

It's certainly another title to keep an eye on, and another one that's far more adult oriented than anything seen on the N64. I don't mean this in simple terms, ie just because it's gory it must be for adults, but the fact that it's being dubbed as something of a 'psychological thriller'. It will have the horror of games like Resident Evil, and try to build on a very dark atmosphere to take it a step further.
