I'm not a ned. Let's clear that one up to begin with. I don't really like dance music or house or rave or whatever. DJ Scooter or whatever may be the worst thing ever.

However, I do really like Leftfield. What else is there that sounds sort of like them? I'm not even sure what they would be classified as.

I think the Chemical Brothers ARE still good. Loving 'Galvanize' and looking forward to the new album.

I hate classifications, but muzos would probably call the afore-mentioned artists 'IDM' - Intelligent Dance Music.

Try also Future Sound of London, quite strange but a very original and varied sound, they've done some amazing tracks.

Try Underworld or Orbital. Leftfield are quite unique in their sound, but share similarities to the two previously mentioned. I'm not a Ned either, but I love dance music. I also love industrial and rock. Don't lump it all together with the crap you see on the compilation adverts on the box.
