Is searching for "Temporary Internet" using the search for files and folders option the only way of retrieving temporary internet files?
I ask because there's a site that was in there that I needed, but i've now cleared my history. Does this mean it's no longer on my computer once deleted?

No, the space they occupy on the hard drive will just be free to be rewritten like everything else, but you wont be able to find them again in windows if thats what you mean. I doubt your parents will be able to find your porn trail anyway. ;)
