I don't know how the American courts can find Microsoft guilty of making reliable PC's affordable to all. Even though Microsoft supply their browser free with windows, if you buy a magazine,then 7 or 8 ISP's will have IE as the only option. Netscape are still going strong, and OS's like Linux are still available. I must admit that Microsoft are the easiest to use, and making software that does this is no crime. If this is the case, then why aren't EA sued for monopolising the sports games market?

I'm surprised it's taken us 8 months to answer the topic as well. The answer is, EA don't MAKE games, therefore they cannot monopolise a games market. (They could probably get taken to court over some ancient sewerage law, but I'm not a lawyer so can't say for sure.)
