Do you have a Geocities account?
If not, register.
Then
Go to File Manager.
Then, click
"Upload Files"
It's a grey button on the right.
Then you should be at a screen with 5 boxes.
Click "Browse"
Find your file.
Do a few more if you want, no more than 5 though.
Make sure the file name does not contain spaces.
Then, click "Upload Files"
Make sure the file isn't too big.
The file will appear in your file manager.
