Well, it isn't really a rumour, I'm just a bit confused by the little leaflet that came with the game. It says (not literally) that you can set up mini-leagues with friends on XBox Live.
Does this mean it would be possible to, say, build a league and have friends from school join it and we could play each other? I guess this question is directed more at the people who have the game on Live, so any help from you guys would be appreciated.

Admittedly there was no need to mention the fact that I would play against other people at my school, but...meh.

Nah sorry. If you go to the same school as somebody else in the same league, the universe implodes.
