Ive got to the second hallway the one that gives access to the room with the two mirrors but I cant progress further. Can anyone tell me how to get past the next door its locked and I dont know how to open it.:(
As far as puzzles go, that was perhaps the most difficult you'll encounter.
Got it solved, the switch was in the fireplace doh'.
Got stuck on that myself, couldn't remember the combination off by heart, but I found this from a walkthrough: "Pull on the left candle, then the right candle, and finally the middle candle to open a previously locked door."
There's a similar puzzle not long after that, but it's easier to grasp.
