My girlfriend lives on the coast and is on Voda... half the time I can't get through to her at all, and even when I can, the connection quality depends on what room of the house she's standing in! She can walk from the living roo to the kitchen and we get cut off!
And text messages between us are frequently delayed by HOURS!
I don't have any such trouble with other O2 users, T-Mobile or Orange.

Its to confirm your delivey address, as they are only allowing one per household.
