Sort of, my brother had it, some of that map is the same, but there were two different maps and you couldn't play them both at the same time.

Isn't the Springfield in that Simpsons GTA-like game a proper 3D version of it all? I've never played it.

Yes. Me being an amazing fan of the Simpsons has noticed a flaw.

The forests and ski slopes have never crossed a river to be accessed. Seen in the one where the "tree of Lisa Land" hurtles through Springfield and the vista view from the one where they go skiing (I think Marge breaks her leg).

So unless they're places off the map...

And yes. I am pathetically pedantic/sad/etc.

Yeah, it'd an example of someone with too much time on their hands. I remember the PC game 'virtual springfield', if indeed you can call it a game, and the mapping on that was uber-poor.

I've noticed on the map they've even got the Russian district in. I really can't flaw it, and you know how much I like flawing stuff.

I thought this was gonna be a link to the Springfield 'near' me...

But it isn't, and a lot of work has gone into that map!

Just with all the episodes showing different things, it must have been hard for them to do that. Because I know that the power plant car park backs onto the Simpsons house, yet it doesn't in other episodes...
