It will be on their normal site soon but at the moment only members can try!
The new version is alot better than Mucic2000 in that when you go to add a new sample you can block or unblock other individual channels to see how samples sound together without having to delete others (only to add them back again)
The interface system is also alot easier to use as there are on screen buttons to play, delete etc.
There is only a small amount of samples to choose from in the demo but in 30 seconds you can have the start of a pritty happening tune ringing out of your speakers and to those who have never tried it before or even tried writing or mixing music before i suggest you give it a go as before Music2000 came out I had never even contemplated it and now I have written heaps of songs and am getting better at it with each one.
And hey IT'S FREE TO TRY THE DEMO
The other main difference between the two is that this will give you CD quality sound as the PS2 has alot more memory, You would also be able to mix more different samples together which was one of the limiting factors with Music2000 (you had to go to a lower quality sample to be able to mix more together) as the PS1 only had a small amount of sound memory availiable
I hope you all go and have a look as it's great and I can't wait till the full version is out in a couple of months or so.
