Not if my account has been banned. And even so the other one was with a different provider that I dont use anymore.

How do we know your the real 'Dolores l' ? You could have killed 'Dolores l' then not being able to get in to the account you made a new account with this name.
No, I just hacked SR and ordered 200 PS2's on your accounts in a mattributé style.
