I don't understand why any sports person or celebrity of any kind gets these honours, let's go back to the good old days of people having to go out on the battle field to fight for the country before they get honoured by the king or queen :-D

I realise this seems a tad unaccurate now he's just tabled a £6 million bid for Beattie...But he's still a spendthrift who doesn't care enough about his club.
