how to unistall ?

i have been have great difficulty unistalling a piece of panda software. when i try to do it, it does it in a weird langauge and an error message comes up. i then tried to delete it manually with no success, it just doesn't let you delete 2 files. i want to install a newer version, but you have to unistall first. i don't know how to do it.
any suggestions?
