Basically, I'm looking for a good DV Tape digital camcorder that'll allow me to make quality movies. I'm looking at a price range of around £200-300, and would really appreciate some recommendations if anybody knows of some good ones.
Also - would it be wise to wait until the January sales really kick in? I'm not sure whether or not digital camcorders are really affected by them.
Thanks a lot.
I think I might opt for the Canon MV700i.
Records film onto the miniDV tapes and also still images onto a small memory card too.
Not really had a chance to play around with it much but so far I'm impressed.
Not too sure about the January sales, I always check the net as the prices on there seem to always be cheaper, might be worthwhile going into a shop and gettint the what video camera magazine and checking out which ones they recommend.
