Go to the Angel Pine and do the Paramedic missions there, so easy.

Paramedic is easy.

Well, it was on VC, just go up north...

I'm going for 100% too, but the only thing that will stop me is that damn paramedic mission. >:O

I got 100% in Vice City, which was nice.
Don't know about SA, though - may not bother, seeing as I've got about 4 others games waiting to be finished.

And I don't fancy doing all the ambulance missions - they were the single most annoying thing ever in VC. Especially when, on the last run, one the people appeared in that compound thing you have to blow up, but can't get into afterwards.

Completed the main game and have about 45 tags sprayed. At about 71%, but still with all the side missions to do and tags to spray/horseshoes and oysters to collect.

Was just doing the Paramedic missions there, got to Level 12 and with about 3 people to go I ran over one of the patients. Over half an hour wasted. RAAAARGH! I'll be leaving them until last now.

Same here. It's damn hard with no cheats. I am on the builders mission in Sna Fierro. Currently have 27.89%. Woo me!
