Ive just set up surround sound using the Logitech Z-640's adn all is well except when I try and run Vice City, when I do this it resets my sound card to stereo mode and so doesnt give me surround sound, ive tryed to stop it from doing this but when i set it back, it has to reboot, meaning that the same thing happens again, please help

it has an option for more than 2 speakers but maybe it doesnt, is there a way to stop it reseting my sound card though?
I dont think the game supports dolby digital...
it was the same for my Xbox setup.
there is nothing wrong with your soundcard. look at the box and see if it supports 5.1 but I dont think it does
