Well it's done with for another year. The last minute panic buying. The wrapping and unwrapping of prezzies. The stuffing and consuming of an overweight turkey. The Brussels sprouts that nobody likes but eats anyway because it's traditional. The guzzling of expensive wine. The saving of the cheapo wine received as a Xmas present to wrap up for next year.

And what do we have to show for it. A dustbin full of Xmas paper that nobody looked at. A carpet full of pine needles. Battery driven appliances and toys with no batteries. A fortnight of turkey leftovers to use as turkey curry, turkey casserole, turkey sandwiches and turkey
a-la-orange.

A fight between your in-laws over who made the best mince pies, A mountain of empty wine bottles, liqueur bottles, beer bottles and tin cans.. The other half falling out with you because their prezzies was not what they wanted or expected. And finally the prospect of going through it all next year.

Have a great New Year everyone.

I think it would be Turkey à l'orange?

Haven't tried the curry, but I'll take your word for it that it's delicious.... But I do like turkey sandwiches....
