Well if anything happens it'll be on the Americans part as i can't see anyone demanding the Americans hand him over to be tried.

True, but I think not just the world, but America in general is eventually opening to the the fact that Rumsfeld is a criminal. I also think that because of the growing evidence against him, he will get what he deserves and rightly so.
