I personally think it's been a pretty good year. Well, from September anyway, the first half of the year was pretty crap.

There are about 4 or 5 essential Cube games to come out in the past few months, whereas only about 3 on PS2 and XBox. Altogether I think there are about 15 games across all formats I want from now til February, and no PS2 or XBox exclusives.

Ah well, who cares, Resi 4 and Zelda next. Maybe even Mario 128 as well. Life is good.

I think it's been a brilliant year.

I've had nowhere near the time or money to play all the games I wanted to.

Why on earth is Strategy and RPG combined? I'm getting Paper Mario for christmas but heck Tales of Symphonia is a brilliant "traditional" RPG.

I can't decide on game of the year as I'm getting ToS and MP:E for Christmas, and I can't decide on best Adventure/Action as I've played none of them.
