OK, I'm looking to build a PC on a fairly low budget - don't need anything too fancy. One thing I do want though, is for it to be as quiet as possible.
Most things aren't a problem, but I want a CPU which can be air cooled very easily and quietly. I want it to be a fairly high spec processor, but nothing too special - the equivalent of an AMD XP2800 would be fine - what's the coolest processor for that kind of speed?

Good for silent operation becasue they are designed to run cooler than that desktop equivelents and use less power
