I reckon most of the football world is pretty racist, I mean look at Mihajlovic etc.
Ron was just the idiot with the big mouth. It got the problems of racism into the open again, like the Spain thing did.

He should've been sacked for his commentary and bias anyway.
In comparison to how others are being dealt with (Cough Aragones cough Spain cough again) I think he has been unfairly treated.
However that's due to the others being treated softly and not him being treated harshly.
I do have sympathy for the guy though, having his life pretty much ruined by making one mistake. It does seem a bit like the punishment didn't fit the crime, but these days you just cant say those sort of things...

Well yeah, he did bring black footballers into the English game.
But why would he make such comments?
Also this wasn't the first time he'd accidentally broadcast racist comments. Last time he got away with it by convincing everyone it was just a joke....

Unfairly. The whole thing is yet another example of how ridiculous political correctness has got. Wow, he said mean things about the black man, get over it. How many times on films and T.V do we hear 'whiteboy'? Somehow there's nothing wrong with that.
