To be fair, "professional" and such words were released by a chief police inspector, not the Beeb.
Any half-wit could have followed the plot from Bandits with Bruce Willis and Billy Bob Thornton. Doesn't mean they are professional.

Not a bad film, but not great either. The ending was flawed.
