Daemon tools. Or burn the image to a cd using Nero.

There's a program called Alcohol 120% which notices nearly every image available, far better than Nero. :P

what i did was actually legal... loser

Do you have a console emulator? coz you'll need one if you're gonna play the game you downloaded, and by the size of it (i also am downloading games, or was) it's a console game from PS1 or PS2.

You can't really go wrong with Daemon. Quick and easy.
