This is the Japanese version of Kill Bill Vol.2 , it says that it's region 2 with NTSC encoding, so would it work on my PAL PS2 ? Also I need to know, are there any bonuses that come with the normal Kill Bill Collector's edition that's going to be released in January ? And should I get it even though I already own Kill Bill Vol.1 ?

Yes it will work as Japan are region 2 same as us. Just make sure it has subtitles and isn't dubbed into Japanese lol (and that your TV can handle NTSC)
