Is DirectX 9.1 better than DirectX 9.0c because sims2 needs directX 9.0c but it costs more and DirectX 9.1 sounds like it is better because of the name PLEASE HELP ME

If it says DirectX 9 on the box then it will work equally well with 9.0 or 9.1

Directx is free.
