I have the same card but with 256 MB and it plays HL2 fine, so I'd say yes.

I advise you do some reading up before you buy a graphics card, i cba to explain the in's and out's.

You dont get 9.1 cards as such, any card that supports directX 9 is suitable.

Thats a seriously poor graphics card though, i advise you roger yourself with a cheese grater than buy that card.
