Hi, after taking two hoods in idlewood for sweet's 'Home Coming' & 'Riot' missions, anyone know how to recruit 2 Grove St family gang members to go to Unity Station to assist Cesar?? as respect is on maximum but still no interest in being recruited.

Wicked I just went in used my shotgun and tec9's then set the man on fire who has the body armor on.
Oh know how long did it take to completed that funeral misson. It me two times because I didn't have armor the first time.
