"Oh dear..."Elf"...."

So far it's the loudest, most obnoxious film I've seen in a long time. And it had a fart joke right at the beginning, which kinda set the tone for the rest of what I've seen so far. When all else fails, bring out a raccoon...a'la that film with John Candy in the woods in the 80's.

I rented it a few weeks ago. NOt total rubbish but certainly not good. Infact if I'm honest it was rather poor.

Will Ferrell's excellent in all the films I've seen him in.

Haven't seen Elf though so I can't properly comment.

You're right. He was the only dead-weight in J&SBSB, and those fellas are awful comic actors!

None of the films that guy stars in look any good. Ever. He's a poor comic actor. Not even the trailors for his films look decent.

I wasn't impressed by it. It had potential though, that's the worst thing.
