Why? I just am.
I'm shattered from a hard week at work. First off, yesterday wasn't a proper shift, it was a rest day I had cancelled because for some reason we all had to work it. I turned up and we were told to pretty much do nothing for the shift. Went out in plain clothes in a problem area I work in to see what we could turn up, but it was pretty much dead all night. 11 hours goes slowly like that. Then at 1.30am, just before I'm due to go off, I nick someone, which then means about another 2 hours overtime to deal with it.
I have my work Christmas do tonight and then another one tomorrow, but I just don't feel too sociable.
I'm just in a rotten mood, so stay away. RAAH!

I wouldn't mind having a day off cancelled if it was to do something worth while, but getting one cancelled to be told to do sod all does pish me off, yes.
Trying to find your own stuff and finding nothing only to then get something just before you go off is also anoying. I'd rather not have the money and have the rest day.
