I wasn't sure what I'd make of this to be honest, because I haven't really ever sat down and watched a foreign film (excluding porn).

But I thought this was fantastic.

I can't really be bothered to go into detail, because I never do with films because, well, I can never really be bothered.

But yeah, I loved it - thought it was great.

I got for my mum for xmas :)
I really liked it but it kind of strikes me as more of a ladies movie. If you know what I mean.

If Hugh Grant and Sandra Bullock / Rene Zellweger / Other famous actress to appeal to th Yank audience were in it? You betcha.

what have I done I was just saying how good it was!

Overrated in my opinion. Didn't do much for me.

Quirky yes, but if it had been in English would it be so highly regarded? I'm not so sure.

I taped it last christmas, forgot to watch it and lost the tape when i moved house, hoping it's on again this year.

American films are foriegn films to you know. You mean a non English dialogue film. Watch Battle Royale, (it's in Japanese) great film!
