I need to send a 220 meg file to an e-mail account but hotmail won't let me, outlook express gives me an out of memory message and my website only has 20 meg space so can't host it on there and then have them download it.

It's a 3d animation i have done for a student BBC-i channel and they want it for tomorrow but it had to be uncompressed hense the big file. it's only 5 seconds long.

please help me as this will look great on my CV if they use it.

Only ways I can think of sending would be to mail them it on CD, to send it using something like FTP or via bit torrent or to break it down using winrar.
