Strange guy, used to wear a hat that he set fire to everytime he performed the song, he's now bald i believe, i wonder why.....

Sounds a bit like "God Of Thunder" by Kiss to me. If you can hear a child saying things such as "I don't want to go!" tn the song, then it definitely is.
