So after some struggles and a whole lot of code I have finished a complete version 1 of my project.
A full php/mysql web based system with a few tricky functions to do the algorithms required.
But so far it all seems to work as intended, have a few ideas I can try add over the next few weeks.
My next challenge is to build a mobile phone version of it :0(
Hopefully wont be too bad.
Oh and I'll also need to test it fully, which is where some of you could hopefully recommend some things to look out for that I might have missed?

Coded it all using notepad, tried using dreamweaver for a while but it took to long to code.
At the moment its all stored locally on my laptop, trying to covert it a bit so I can host it on the secure server at uni, having some bother though getting my database transfered over, once thats done though I'll be sure to ask for some testing :-)
