What a strike, though, he now just needs to score a screamer against Arsenal to complete his treble. Overall the game was completely dominated by United, but at the end of the day they've been Diop-ed. Unlucky not to be leaving with three points but if you can't make your chances pay then there can be no complaints.
He hasn't played for the first team in any recent significant fixtures.
There is simply no point in making stupid excuses
The fact of the matter is that we should have won with a cricket score against Fulham, especially in the first half. Until the players can realise that there is life without Ruud, mentally, they won't be good enough.
Bouba's goal was something else however seeing it from a Red point a view, United should have closed him down quicker, the players were far too slow coming out of their blocks and by then it was too late.
After relentless efforts on goal, it was as if they gave up in the end and that is the United that I simply don't know.
The win ratio with van nistelrooy, compared to without him is quite conclusive.
United had a whopping TEN chances to score in the first-half and a bucket-load more after the break - what the heck keeps going wrong this season?!?

Did you not see Patrice Clue-i-verts goal?

Indeed, at this rate you'll be struggling to finish in the top 3 at the end of the season :-D
Anyway this could have been a turning point in the season for United but once again they've thrown away a great opportunity. Can't afford to do this, we should be beating teams like Fulham if we want to win the league. Ah well least the unbeaten run keeps going :-D
