Firefox loses all bookmarks at a crash.

Tbunderbird has just lost all mail settings after a windows bug out. Oh, and all my mail messages. Including some really important ones.

Remind me again why I've moved away from IE and Outlook?

Except... it doesn't.

Start > run > firefox.exe -profilemanager and select your profile again.

I've had both Firefox and Opera lose all their settings in crashes. Very annoying, but it hasn't happened for a long time now.

Yeah - there's a link on one of their forums about how to do it. You have to get a 3rd party plugin (some are free).

As far as I'm aware though, none of them will work from April next year unless you're a Hotmail Plus user.

I use Firefox and Thunderbird...

Never had any problems. Much better and safer.

It's never lost all my bookmarks.

I'm still not tempted away from Outlook XP by Thunderbird. I like the Bluetooth support in Outlook, and Outlook still looks prettier! :)

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
Second to none...
So far the services you provide are second to none. Keep up the good work.
