for ages I'd been using MusicMatch Jukebox which I thought was pretty damn good, but got WinAmp as I'd seen the wicked visualisations on a mates PC.
Unbelievable what you get for free though - now I can watch internet TV, watch music videos of hundreds of different artists or listen to radio stations from all over the world. It really is the bogs dollox.
And I just wanted to share that with you. I'm off to admire the artistry of some Britney Spears videos.

Not going to happen. AOL own them.
Also, no newer versions are on the cards. Only two guys left to work on bug fixes if need be now. All the rest of the staff are gone.
It doesn't do the old Internet TV, but I tend to use it for Internet Radio, and I use the same stream every time so I just have a link to it. On the whole, solid player.
The only problem I've noticed is the visualisations. They run at very low frame rates (i.e. a few fps) at anything bigger than about 300 pixels wide - but then I don't use them anyway.
I suggest you procure a copy post haste.
